ever forget you're a twin?

i dont know if its just me, but sometimes i'lll just forget im even a twin! like, in school they'll ask if we have a sibling at the school, and i'll say no, then correct myself. or if someone asks if you know anyone with the same birthday as you, it completely slips my mind!
does this happen to any of you?

It has never happened to me. But I tend to act as if everyone already knew that my brother is my twin.

maybe its because we boy/girl, so we're not as close as same sex would be.

We are fraternal too, boy/girl ! Don't think it has something to do with that. Some people are just not very close to their sibling.

I have never forgotten I was a twin. My sister and I are almost alwats together, but even when we are apart we know whats going on with each other. It may be because you two are not super close, I guess it all deoends on how you veiw each other and if you have a good sense of individuality.

My sister and I cant be apart, because we get anxietys but yah, we don't forget we're twins. We've gotten too many comments. And, because we're the only twins at our school, everyone talks about us, and everyone knows we're twins. We are constantly reminded. And, well, she looks exactly like I Do, so some people mix us up and call me Mona.
