Just wanted to drop in and see how everyone is doing and how you are getting along with you Christmas shopping. This is the first year that I have actually had presents under the tree so soon into December, I feel so good. I only have my Dad and my three nephews, and my son left. My husband has to get my two BIL's and we are finished. I feel like celebrating because I don't have so much to worry about. However, is it just me, or do you feel absolutely nickle and dimed to death? I feel like everywhere I turn around I have to give $10 here or $10 there...it really adds up.
Anyway, I can not wait until the 18th...last day of school and Luke's b-day...so good things to look forward to!

I just finished out Christmas shopping today! I am pretty excited. This is the first year that I don't have anything under the tree because our two new puppies like to eat everything in sight. It is like they have iron stomachs or something. I agree with being nickled and dimed to death. Everywhere you go people are asking for donations. I think it is great, but there is no way i cn afford to give to everyone. I make sure I have plenty of change in my car though so when we go to Wa-Mart the boys can put money in the Salvation Army buckets. The always feel so proud of themselves for putting money in there :D
My kids get out of school on the 18th too! They are going to have a Christmas party at the end of the day! Tomorrow night Santa is going to be a surprise guest at the boys' school. They will be eating cookies and Santa is going to read the some books! I really love our pre-school program:) Anyway, I have gone on long enough I hope everyone has a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS in case I don't get on her between now and then.

You guys are ahead of me! I have the girls done and a few other presents, but I have quite a bit still to do. And we don't have any of our christmas decorations out yet! hopefully I can start pulling it out tonight or tomorrow. My mom is coming monday to go shopping with me, so hopefully I can finish my shopping then.
The girls b'day party was Sun., so all the holiday planning seemed to get pushed off. They had a great time and keep telling me it was the 'bestest birthday ever!'
I'm not sure how I seem so far behind this year when I'm not even working!!! I guess I did a lot on my lunch hours and before I picked them up from the sitters. Now I'm never without them. I haven't taken them for 4 year pictures or started on christmas cards either! Now I'm feeling overwhelmed! :)

Don't worry, Marcy, I'm just now taking the girls to get their pictures on Saturday, which means another week or more before I get out cards. I'm running behind, too. I don't think its easy to stay on top of things during the holidays..well, at least I can't.
