Smash Did anyone else watch?

I'll probably watch again but I'm still on the fence.
I could have lived without the casting couch bit. I just hate those things.
I think on the Ivy/Karen bench I'm on the Ivy team. I know we are supposed to be rooting for Karen but no.
Speculation, Ivy gets the Marilyn part but she is pregnant (hence the puking) and it's going to be a whole hiding it until Karen the understudy is needed. (and Ivy gives the baby to Debra Messing)
Angelica Huston scares me.

Another Debra Messing fan here. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the show when I watched it on the DVR last night.
Kendra, I am also kind of on team Ivy. It sounds like she does not come from a good home life. I know we are supposed to be rooting for Katherine Mc Phee...but I can't right yet.

I don't know why I'm still watching but I am. I'm still not sure how I feel about the show but it's something to watch.
I'm still watching too Kendra. There are some parts of the show I love and some that does bother me. Tom's evil assistant? Julia about to have another affair the actor? I feel like I keep getting hit over the head with the perfection that is supposed to be Karen. I wouldn't mind if the show did show through Karen that hard work it takes just to be in the Broadway chorus...but I have a feeling something is going to happen to Ivy (pregnancy/affair going sour/something else) and Karen will wind up being her replacement.

DD and I watched the other night, we kinda liked it and have it on "series link" so am looking forward to the next episode.
Oh and we just got Two Broke Girls here as well - that is a crack up! Especially after all the dud comedies on lately - The new series of Big Bang Theory here is just not as funny as in the past.

I haven't been watching it. I like Katherine McPhee's voice, but that is about it. I like Debra Messing too, and Angelica Houston will never be the same after watching The Addams Family. She was awesome in that! I just didn't feel the need to watch this show. I'll wait to see if it gets another season. I missed out on Glee and Grey's Anatomy and I have a feeling I'd have enjoyed them. I had to be picky though. I may still try to catch the beginning of at least Grey's Anatomy some day though.

In real life, Debra Messing and the actor playing Will left their spouses and are dating now. "Sometimes people in shows sleep together..."
For real? That's crazy. I googled it and saw it's true! I am watching. It's okay. Nothing else on Monday at 9 and I like Angelica Houston.

I'm enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would.
It's well done and the songs are pretty good - considering they basically had to write the musical along with the show.
Loving Debra Messing - not loving that she left her husband IRL

This past episode was better then last weeks...I just wish the show was not so heavy handed with the Karen=good and Ivy=evil.
