i think i took sunday off, but monday i hiked w/my boys for an hour. on tuesday i did zumba and a coupld weights machines. on wed i did 30 mins weights and 40 mins cardio. same on thurs. today i did 40 mins of a zumba class (got in late cuz the childcare wasn't open) and then 25 mins on the arc trainer.

4/4-60 minutes zumba
4/5-45 minutes elliptical & 15 minutes on the bike
4/6- planned to hit the gym today and between running errands and dealing with an issue with my house, I never made it

4/7- 60 minutes on the elliptical
4/8 & 4/9- off
4/10-45 minutes elliptical and 15 on the bike
4/11- 45 minutes on the bike
4/12-4/15-tons of walking around Vegas. I think my pedometer hit 18,000 steps each day!
4/16- 45 minutes elliptical and 15 on the bike.

Tuesday, I did a step aerobics class with ab work, 60 minutes. I've never done a step class before and that was tough but a good workout

Monday, ran 3 miles (well, jogged) and did 2 1/2 chinups afterwards.
Wednesday - swam almost 1/2 mile, followed by a few crunches. Still working on my endurance for swimming - I just never stick with it because it's so boring!
Tomorrow should be spinning, and Friday either spinning or run on the treadmill and some weights . . .

i took wed and thurs off because i wasn't feeling it and my child care fell thru. today i did 45 minutes on the arc trainer and a weights circuit at the gym. i'm so exhuasted this week. i hope to get in another gym w/o and a bike ride this weekend, but if i just get some decent sleep i'll be happy!

Wednesday:45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike
Thursday: 45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the treadmill (it's a miracle, first time I've been able to get on the treadmill at the gym since Christmas)
Friday-60 minutes of zumba
Saturday- 60 minutes on the elliptical
Tomorrow- Planning on going to an hour of zumba class.
