we're falling behind, ladies! i've been really bad about checking in.... let's see

i think i took sunday off, but monday i hiked w/my boys for an hour. on tuesday i did zumba and a coupld weights machines. on wed i did 30 mins weights and 40 mins cardio. same on thurs. today i did 40 mins of a zumba class (got in late cuz the childcare wasn't open) and then 25 mins on the arc trainer.

4/3-60 minutes on the elliptical
4/4-60 minutes zumba
4/5-45 minutes elliptical & 15 minutes on the bike
4/6- planned to hit the gym today and between running errands and dealing with an issue with my house, I never made it :headbang:

yikes, we are really slacking off! this past week i did zumba on sunday and tuesday for an hour. weights on tuesday and thursday for a half hour. and an hour of cardio on wed. took off yesterday and friday, but will hopefully get to either boot camp or bking tomorrow.

I've been away, so let's see what I can remember
4/7- 60 minutes on the elliptical
4/8 & 4/9- off
4/10-45 minutes elliptical and 15 on the bike
4/11- 45 minutes on the bike
4/12-4/15-tons of walking around Vegas. I think my pedometer hit 18,000 steps each day!
4/16- 45 minutes elliptical and 15 on the bike.

i ended up hiking on sunday instead. an hour and a half. yesterday i took off and today i did a zumba clasas and half a weights curciut at the gym.

Monday I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike
Tuesday, I did a step aerobics class with ab work, 60 minutes. I've never done a step class before and that was tough but a good workout

Just ran 3.14 miles in 36:42 minutes. Up tonight is day two of p90x.

Oh fun - somewhere I can talk about my workout without boring my husband!

Monday, ran 3 miles (well, jogged) and did 2 1/2 chinups afterwards.
Wednesday - swam almost 1/2 mile, followed by a few crunches. Still working on my endurance for swimming - I just never stick with it because it's so boring!
Tomorrow should be spinning, and Friday either spinning or run on the treadmill and some weights . . .

it's nice to see a few more of you here! we all need to support each other!

i took wed and thurs off because i wasn't feeling it and my child care fell thru. today i did 45 minutes on the arc trainer and a weights circuit at the gym. i'm so exhuasted this week. i hope to get in another gym w/o and a bike ride this weekend, but if i just get some decent sleep i'll be happy!

today i did 60 mins on the arc trainer at the gym and then 6 wieghts machines. didn't get great sleep, tho, not awful. hoping for better tonight! (yes, that's my fitness goal;)).

Monday - great workout in the gym (partly weights, partly other stuff, based on a "strength and conditioning class" I took in the winter)
Tuesday - Spinning
Tomorrow I'm supposed to run with a friend (hope it's not going to still be raining!)

another weekend and barely anyone's posted. yikes! i worked out on tuesday, thursday and friday. cardio and weights. i'm trying to motivate to go ride my bike right now, but af's telling me to sit home on my butt;)....

I ran my first 5K today!!! :woo: And...I hadn't run in over a week thanks to stomach issues.

I came in at 33:20! :woo: Best time yet!!!!

Wednesday:45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike
Thursday: 45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the treadmill (it's a miracle, first time I've been able to get on the treadmill at the gym since Christmas)
Friday-60 minutes of zumba
Saturday- 60 minutes on the elliptical
Tomorrow- Planning on going to an hour of zumba class.

i ended up riding about 8 miles (to the beach and partway back) before i ran into hubby and the boys. turned back around and rode w/them for a while as they also went all the way to the marina--4 miles for them!!! i was sooo proud of them. they rode almost the whole way back, too (i rode ahead and got the car and picked one of them up about two miles from our house). they'd also rode a mile before they got onto the bike path, which means that my little 4 year olds rode their bikes 7 and 9 miles, respectively! holy smokes! i'm sooo proud!!
