DH and I started another weight loss challenge. This time we are doing a monthly one and the winner gets to get treated by the loser (the treat cannot be food or expensive). Both of us would like to get the last of the weight off.
Today I am going to the gym and I will do the elliptical and treadmill or bike (depending which machine is free)

5/3-60 minutes elliptical
5/4-60 minutes zumba
5/5-60 minutes elliptical
5/6-45 minutes elliptical and 15 on the bike

5-7 off
5-8 zumba class and 20 mins of weights
5-10 half hour of weights and 25 mins on arc trainer
5-11 rode my bike 14 miles
today i am having off but hope to start of mom's day tomorrow w/a long bike ride to the beach:).

5/9-60 minutes elliptical
5/10-35 minutes elliptical and 25 minutes walking around the track
5/11-90 minutes walk
5/12- 20 minutes walk, 15 minutes on treadmill, 45 minutes elliptical

5-14 half hour of weights machines and 15 mins of cardio
5-15 half hour of weights and 50 mins zumba class
5-17 15 mins weights machines and 45 mins of cardio on arc trainer
tomorrow i'm hoping to get on my bike for an hour.

5/15-60 minutes elliptical
5/16- off but I spent a good 3.5 hours walking the zoo with my family
5/17-32 minute kickbox workout and 16 minute power cardio walk workout
5/18-zumba class

today we did go hiking. i jogged back and forth as they walked up the hill (a mile for them) for 40 mins. then the same as we went back down, taking about a half hour.
tomorrow i will ride my bike for at least an hour.

i just got back from a 19 mile bike ride! almost two hours, and the first half was really windy..... i feel great! my next goal is to sit on my a** as much as possible for the rest of the day, lol!

5/29- 45 minutes elliptical & 15 on the treadmill
5/30-off
5/31-45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the bike
As for the results of the WL challenge between me and DH. He won with 4 lbs down vs. me with a 1.5. So he won a back rub. We'll see who wins in June!
