What family vacations are you thinking for next year?
DH and I have decided that next year we'll take the girls for a week at Lake George in upstate NY. It's actually just a three hour drive from here, up in the Adirondacks, and it's always been a favorite place of mine. We're going to get a little cottage which comes with a grill. I am so looking forward to this.
Better get them signed up for those swim lessons this Spring!!

Im my pre-kid days I loved camping and I would hope that they would enjoy it also. I am hoping to get them out camping at some of the state parks in the area. Friends are getting married in Italy next spring...so we are hoping to make it...with or without kids.

we do alot of camping and the kids seem to enjoy it so we will be hitting the state parks. we also go for a week on the beach every oct.<just got back> so we know we'll be headed down there. We're also planning to go to a few aquariums and zoo's in the surrounding states.

We have done a lot of vacations this year (will be 3 wks worth by year end), so next year we won't be doing nearly as many. I know we are going to the beach at some point since MIL has already put money down on the condo. Other than that I think we are going to try some 3 day weekends in cabins at local state parks. We'll see though.
