After 3 1/2 weeks on hospital bedrest, we are finally home. Ryan and Emily were born Sunday, Oct 5th at 8:42 and 8:45 in the morning. His stats were: 5lbs 12oz, 18in and her stats were: 6lbs 9oz 18 3/4in. Keep in mind that on the last u/s (by MFM) they were 5lbs 6oz and 5lbs 1oz... NOT! She always measured smaller and she was the bigger of the 2. I had a c-section and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had a great anesthesiologist and group of nurses, so it was a really good experience overall. Ryan has some issues we will need to deal with (hydronephrosis, torticollis, left hearing might be bad) and they both have a little jaundice, so we are dealing with a little bit of health issues, but they didn't spend any time in the NICU and got to come home with us, so we are really thankful for what we have going on here. I'll post some pictures when I get a chance. Thanks for all the well wishes over the past few months!
