The BHS Symphonic Band played at the Tennessee State Music Educator's Convention in Nashville today. They were the only high school band in the state invited to play. Wow -- they were amazing. Sean has his car back as of last night. We have to bring it back in ten days for a re-check, but we have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty so I'm a bit relieved. The service guy said we should be able to get another 5-6 years out of this car. Thank goodness!! Brian and Craig will be inheriting it in two years.

Last week DH noticed Sean's car was leaking transmission fluid. After examining it, he felt it was a broken seal, and we took it in for repair. The guy told us it had three seals/gaskets which needed replacing. Total cost $640. Fine. It was supposed to be worked on today and done by tonight. But DH talked to the guy this afternoon, and...
