I am sooo happy to finally hold them!! I went in Friday morning at 5:30 am for my scheduled C-Section. They prepped me and at about 8 am I walked into the OR. It took the anest. a couple of tries to get the spinal block in due to my scoliosis, but he put it in and shortly after I was totally numb from chest down...(Weird feeling!) Then at 8:46 am our daughter Avah was born weighing 6lbs 8 oz.. and her brother Justin followed her at 8:47am weighing 5lbs 12 oz. She was 19 1/4 in long and he was 18 in long. They are just so perfect! I only spent one night in the hospital..I wanted to go home soo bad and my doc said I could! Our 1st son Noah is already taking the lead on being the big brother..He helps out and he is just the best!! Everything is going great and I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice and stories!! The C-Section went great and the pain was not as bad as I thought it was going to be! It just really stings..that's the only real pain..Well I'm going to go rest and I will post pics soon!! Once again thank you sooo much everyone!!

Congrats to you lil sis and welcome to first year. I was wondering why I didn't hear back from you sooner! Glad everything went well and WOW one night in the hospital you are super woman!
Now I see that 5 years of infertility was worth the wait, look at my precious boy/girl twins
