It's easy: After answering the question that was posted before you ask any silly/serious/strange Yes or No question to be answered by the next poster.

e.g. Is there a reason for this thread?
    Yes
(I'm suffering from insomnia and have nothing better to do at 3h30am [IMG] )

    Question: Would you go skydiving?

I would consider it depending on the circumstances :p

Did you wonder what Brenda was doing up at 3:30 before you read this thread?

  3. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

That was eight words none of which were yes or no :p

    No (Brenda's insomnia is famous!)

Were you surprised that I found something wrong with Richard's answer? :p

Brenda didn't specify that it had to be a yes or no answer, just a yes or no question!

    No.

Is the square root of -3 less than the square root of 3?

  5. Twinrific

    Twinrific Well-Known Member TS Moderator

No, can't have a negative square root

    Do you wear a watch?

  6. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

Yes (nearly all the time except just this minute I'm not wearing it - although it is next to my keyboard)

Is my avatar cuter than Richard's?

  7. Twinrific

    Twinrific Well-Known Member TS Moderator

No (you know I can't resist red and Richard's is red!)

Do you like the following smiley: [IMG] ?

  8. TwinRichard

    TwinRichard Well-Known Member

    No.

    Are you tired?

  9. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

That is mean :p Is mine cuter than yours then? :p

  10. Twinrific

    Twinrific Well-Known Member TS Moderator

    YES!!!

No, mine has human interest :p

You're really annoyed with the 3 exclamation points I put after my yes, aren't you?

  11. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

You are just specieist, mine has tortoise interest :p

No, I didn't even notice them because they were over-powered by your all capitals :p

    Do you have ten fingers?

    Yes.

Do you like the colour brown?

  13. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

Really? Most people only have eight :p

Yes (but only for furniture and tree trunks)

Do you think Brenda is going to be able to sleep tonight?

  14. Twinrific

    Twinrific Well-Known Member TS Moderator

    Yes. (positive thinking here!)

Do you think positive thinking helps?

  15. TwinG

    TwinG Well-Known Member

    Yes

    Do you like ice-cream? (yummy)

  16. TwinRichard

    TwinRichard Well-Known Member

Do you only like blue cellos then? What about brown bears, should they be another colour? :p

    Yes.

Is a broken clock likely to be correct more often than a working clock?

  17. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

What is wrong with blue Cellos? Cellos are made from tree trunks and brown bears aren't things so they don't count.

  18. TwinRichard

    TwinRichard Well-Known Member

But once you make a cello out of a tree trunk it is no longer a tree chunk, it is a cello :p

  19. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

Well if Cellos are made out of tree chunks maybe you would be right but last time I checked cellos are made out of tree trunks :p

  20. TwinRichard

    TwinRichard Well-Known Member

Tree chunks are a special type of tree trunk used to make cellos :p

 oh yes 8 and 2 thumbs ;)

    I don't have a broken clock so no? ;)

Did you keep your new years resolution? :p

  22. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

The correct answer is yes. It is highly unlikely that your clock is actually set to the correct time (even more so because they either lose or gain time) so it is never correct but a broken (analogue) clock is right at least twice a day :p

Yes because I never make any.

Is there ever a time when a day is longer than 25 hours?

  23. Code

    Yes.

    Do you like sports?

  24. TwinG

yes (especially adventure type ones - though I don't like watching sports)

    Do you like to travel?

  25. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

You can't just say yes, you need an explanation :p

    Yes (you haven't noticed? :p)

Are you older than my keyboard?

  26. TwinG

    TwinG Well-Known Member

yes (if your keyboard is older than 25 years you seriously need to replace it :p)

    Do you like gardening?

I agree if it is over 19 years old, how does it last? :p
No, I have a black thumb and nothing survives :p

Do you like the holidays (Christmas, Easter etc)?

    starmaker Well-Known Member

Love the holidays, especially Christmas! Is my favorite time of your :smilie_xmas_116:

What should you be doing but are postponing due to hanging around on twinstuff??

  29. Code

    Code Well-Known Member

Sleeping, it is almost 11pm here :p But I am also watching the mentalist season 2 :) Should go to sleep as I have to drop my car off to get fixed early in the morning - car less for a few days :(

Do you miss anything from your childhood?

  30. Twinrific

    Twinrific Well-Known Member TS Moderator

No (not really, childhood was fun but I enjoy being an adult too)

    Do you eat seafood?

  31. starmaker

    starmaker Well-Known Member

Depends on the type of seafood, I like mackerel and tuna but I hate mussels and shrimp ;)

What's your favorite song (or music) to listen to?

  32. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

You have bad taste in keyboards if you think I need to replace mine. It will celebrate its 25th birthday on the 19th of May next year (2011) and I'm not going to replace it for a rubbish modern keyboard.

Just about anything written more than 200 years ago ;)

    Have you met Brenda's octuplets?

  34. Code

    Code Well-Known Member

    Yes, hasn't everybody? :p

Do you like harry potter movies?

  35. TwinPeshi

    TwinPeshi Well-Known Member

No, I don't like films (and films "based" on books are even worse).

Has Richard had breakfast yet today?
