2 yolks in 1 sac, your thoughts?

    Hi ladies,
    I had a scan last week (measured 6w4d) & it looks like 2 yolks in one sac, but no obvious fetal poles yet. (Unless the brighter white dots are the start of fetal poles?)
    The scan the week beforehand had 2 sacs (one has now vanished) but only 1 yolk in one of the sacs - how does a second yolk appear over a week later? I'm concerned that there's no fetal poles showing yet, your thoughts / experiences?
    Many thanks in advance - the waiting in between scans is doing my head in! :(
