Okay, so its the 25th, 7pm, Tysons Corner. Right? Sounds like a great time.

I will be tentative until the week of and then I will figure out if I have enough energy to pack the kids and go to my parents in Annapolis.

I got to go enjoy a beer after our MoMs meeting last night and it was SO, SO needed and welcome. I was in the doghouse when I got home (seriously pouty baby) but it was worth it. And Paul never wakes up mad, so I was off the hook this morning!

Alright, I've gone past giddy-excitement and am now totally spastic-excited. We're going to come up without the girls (MIL agreed to keep them overnight) so that we can help my parents unpack the new place. I think my pops is going to drive me to Tysons and pick me up (aw, I feel like I'm in high school!) so that I can have a few beers without stressing over how to get home. Bring on the girl time! Eek!

As an added bonus, my mom and dad are gifting us a kitchen table set, dining room suit, a few beds, dishes, and other miscellaneous items that we're going to haul back to sell on Craigslist. According to my projections, they will have paid for our addition being re-carpeted with that money. Woo hoo! As if I needed another reason to be pumped about the trip.

Ok, I know this is anal retentive but I am going to be late by 15-20 minutes. My husband "realized" today that he had a conflict and needs to be in Maryland on the 25th, not the 26th like he kept telling me for the past few weeks. My BFF is going to watch the kids but she isn't able to do bedtime as she is recovering from back surgery and can't life the babies into their cribs. So, I need to stay home until 630, put them to bed (645) and I will be in Tyson's by about 7/710 and at the restaurant a little later. He is lucky I am having another child and need him to stick around or he'd be sleeping in the playhouse outside.

 

Okay Irene, well you know what I look like, so you won't have any problem finding our group. I'm going to be there on time, early even! And I'm really easy to spot in a crowd.

Is that going to affect our reservations (not having everyone there on time)? Do we even have reservations yet?

I think we should have a final head count that Thursday and call for reservations then. We'll ask them if their policy is like Sweetwater's and go from there. I'm a firm yes.

Ladies... I don't think I will be able to make it.. I was thinking I would get a hotel room, because it would be late with a 2 hour drive a head of me. but I just can't swing it Have a great time though!!
