Earth's Best Baby Food info

    I used to mix a little apple or pear baby food in with my daughter's rice cereal when she first started eating it. Since I'm going to start feeding the girls rice cereal, I checked online to possibly order some of the Earth's Best that I used to use. I was totally surprised to see that a lot of it had been recalled due to possible botulism last year?!?!

    Does anyone know any of the details of this outbreak and why it happened? Now I'm afraid to use it...
