    ps. To my previous eat/delete...ostrich is actually a lean, red meat. Not like chicken like you'd expect. It worked nice as a kabob. Yup, it was on the menu and I went for it once.

    Kimchi/kimchee/gimchi is a fermented vegetable dish from Korea. I've eaten several varieties, but I'm not really a big fan. I'll mostly delete it.

    Sweet and spicy meatballs? Sure, EAT it!

    How about Chicken McNuggets?

    Yum, DH and I love pizza with canadian bacon and pineapple! I don't think I can eat it for awhile though since it was the last thing we ate before coming down with the stomach flu! :bad:

    That is quite interesting - I might try it.

    BTW, eww to the fries dipped in ice cream and the country-fried steak. I also hate biscuits and gravy. And fried okra. Really, okra in general. I don't make a very good Southerner, lol.

    OK we have UT fans who have alligator meat here every time UT plays Florida. It's really not bad if prepared properly. So how about gator?

    I would eat Aligator. I would not go out of my way to get it (as I am in the midwest, not a lot of gators) but I have had it before and it was pretty good.
