help! my kids are AWFUL LATELY!

    my LO's will be 4 next month and recently - they just dont listen at all. they are usually SO GOOD....they listen the FIRST time i tell them to do something and for the most part, they get along.
    idk what to do.

    time outs dont work
    smacking them upside the head (lol) - that doesnt work
    talking about it

    they were awful at school all week and their new thing is smirking when being scolded.
    please help.

    Can you give an example? Is it something you are trying to get both to do?
