    Since Baby A is defined as the baby closest to the cervix, I wonder if it has to do with the head being squished downwards for so long, making the face seem rounder??? Just a thought...

    FYI, my Baby A has the rounder face, too, but again her head was down for months before delivery, with Baby B being breech.

    Maybe, but my baby A was breech and he def has a rounder face then his brother
