[SIZE=12pt]Let's welcome Jenn as this week's Meet the Mama. :Clap: It's time to put her in the spotlight and ask her those questions we've all been wondering about. Here is a little about her:

My name is Jenn, I'm 26 and proud wife of a soldier, Jason. We live in Oregon with our 6 year old son Justin & 4 year old daughter Julianna. This pregnancy wasn't exactly planned and after my husband constantly telling me it was twins (which i laughed off because twins dont run in the family) we were pleasantly surprised to find out at an early ultrasound there are indeed 2 lil ones di/di due in august. We're all really excited for this brand new adventure! I'm just starting into my 2nd trimester, so its nice not to be puking my guts out anymore. Hope that gives you a little look into our little world. :bubble:

Do you have a theme for your nursery yet or are you waiting to find out the sexes? (are you going to find out?)

Our church had a missionary that had been there for 7 years, this was right after all the kosovo stuff while i was in high school and the borders of albania were opened up, so we were working in the schools a bit. Talk about an incredible culture shock!

I've had massive food aversions as opposed to cravings, which has definitely made life more difficult. I go on chocolate milk binges though.

I cant even smell chili, of all odd things. My list is quite large on the food aversions, everything from tuna to certain cheeses.

Has this twin pregnancy been different from your singleton pregnancies? If so, how?
This pregnancy has definitely been different! At almost 15 weeks i'm larger than i was when i had Justin and about the size i was at 25+ weeks with Julia. I hurt more, get worn out easier & while i thought i was sick with Justin, it was nothing compared to this!

We're waiting to find out the sexes so i can go get lost in the fabric stores to find something fun. Julia came up with the idea of cats for one and dogs for the other, which i think is kinda cute, we'll see.

 

Has this pregnancy been hard on you? Do you feel tired alot?

Yes this pregnancy has definitely been hard on me already. I'm exhausted constantly, i hurt, just all around ugh feeling. Joys of twins right?

Started wearing maternity pants about 3 weeks ago and as of a week ago thats all i can wear (other than my hubbies old bdus, acus, etc), scary! I'm not known for getting very large while pregnant, so i keep staring at my growing belly and am terrified and how fast it grows.
Have you any ideas as to what these babies might be? We're guessing boy/girl. My dr thinks the one on the bottom is a boy, we'll know for sure aprl 2nd (yay)! My husband has been right every time so far and he thinks boy/girl so we'll see.

What was your reaction when you found out it was twins? Your DH's? I was in utter shock! Jas says its the quietest i've been in a long time. I dont know if i wanted to laugh or cry quite honestly. He laughed really hard because it proved him right since he called it from the moment i had the "pink line."

What do you think will be different with twins from your singleton pregnancies? So much has already been different that i almost wonder what will actually be the same. Size is definitely a big one considering how big i am already getting and i have so far to go. I also know that there is a definite possibility for c-section this time around, which will be very different than my singles.

What are you most excited for? Scared of? I'm most excited to meet them! Quite honestly its one of those wishes i had in the back of my brain but never let come to light because my family is a void when it comes to twins that i didn't want to hope ever. As far as being scared, i'm terrified something will go wrong after what happened last year with our little Jaret. I have a little ways to go before i feel like i can breathe.
