weight watcher point question

    I was wondering if anyone new the points value on Imo's pizza... I cant find it anywhere ... and for subway tuna with lots of veggies 6inch is it really on 6 points... on wheat?

    Where did you see that the subway tuna on wheat is 6 points?
    I'm pretty sure the 6 inch is like 13 points. According to subways's website it is 530 calories (with cheese), but discoveryhealth says it is 8 points. I don't have time right now to check a few other sites.

    Are you sure that was for the sandwich? I used to get the tuna made int a salad and i used to count it as 6 points. This was back in like 2000, but i don't know if the tuna is still as light as that.
    How many point was a plain turkey sandwich in your old dining out book?

    Imo's does not publish their nutritional info as they say their pizzas are made to order and it could vary, whatever! However, provel cheese is very high in fat so whatever it is I'm sure it's pretty high in points. Sorry, I love Imo's pizza but will only have a piece or two on a special occassion. :mellow:

    hi there I have the newest dining out companion from weight watchers it says Tuna Salad (with cheese) is 9, so without cheese 6 sounds about right.

    Are you sure that the Tuna salad (with cheese) is on bread? It just sounds way to high since according to subways website it is 530 calories
