The Twinstuff I Know My Stuff Game
Twinstuff -- I Know My Stuff Game Rules
  1. There is no cost to enter the 2004 Twinstuff I Know My Stuff Game. All game contestants must be registered members of the Twinstuff Community (registrations available at this URL) at the Twinstuff Rewards level. Participation in the game is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Game contestants must be age 18-or-older and must be legal residents of either the United States or Canada. See Rule #12 for participation in this game in countries outside of the United States and Canada. Twinstuff Outreach employees, officers and board of director members and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the I Know My Stuff Game. The game is subject to federal, state and local laws or regulation.
  2. There is only one entry per household allowed.
  3. Each week during the game period (June 1-Dec. 12, 2004), contestants will be requested to submit their predictions to two real-life events that will take place the next calendar week. For the purposes of the I Know My Stuff Game, a calendar week begins on Monday and concludes on Sunday.
Contestants will have until each Sunday evening at 10:00 p.m. central time to submit a Private Topic to the Twinstuff board judge (user name IKnowMyStuff) via the Twintalk Eve Community Messaging System with the next week's guesses.
If an entry is not submitted by that week's deadline, the contestant will receive no points for that week. Twinstuff Outreach can not be held responsible for Internet malfunctions where the Twintalk Eve Community Messaging System is not available either on the server or user side. Twinstuff Outreach will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any and all conflicts and/or questions regarding that week's selections amicably. Each contestant may only submit one guess for that week's picks and any multiple guesses will be disregarded.
  4. Each week's questions will consist of multiple-choice questions that will revolve a real-life event and/or a reality TV show taking place that week.
Contestants can earn 3 points by selecting the correct answer in each half of the weekly contest. Any contestant who correctly answers both of the weekly questions will earn a Twin-Munity, an extra guess for a weekly contest that can be redeemed in any future week's contest. Each contestant may not collect nor redeem more than one Twin-Munity at any one time period during the contest. Twin-Munity's are non-transferrable and it is the responsibility of the I Know My Stuff game contestant to utilize their Twin-Munity bonuses before the contest concludes.
  5. Each month during the contest there will also be one question that will require the contestants to answer one multiple-choice question on an event taking place during that month. Selecting the right answer in the month-long contest will earn the contestant 10 points. The deadline for month-long questions will be the last day of the previous month at 10:00 p.m. central time. The procedure and rules for submitting these month-long question guesses is the same as detailed in Rule 3.
  6. Cumulative point totals will be kept for all contestants from the start of the contest on June 1, 2004 until the contest's conclusion on December 12, 2004. The top two point totals earned at the conclusion of the contest will earn Twinstuff Gift Certificate prizes as detailed on our prize page.
There will also be two mini-contests during the 2004 I Know My Stuff game with separate prizes. The first of these mini-contests will run from June 1-August 31, 2004 and include all questions and subsequent points earned during that time period. The second of these two mini-contests will run from September 1-December 12, 2004. Prize winners will be announced on or around December 15, 2004 and will be posted online on the I Know My Stuff game page at Twinstuff.com. Winners will be notified via email. Prizes are nontransferable. No prize substitutions allowed.
  7. All weekly questions, contestants selections and active leaderboards will be posted online in the I Know My Stuff game forum on the Twinstuff message boards.
  8. A list of winning contestants will be posted online in the I Know My Stuff game area on Twinstuff.com following the conclusion of the game.
