Vending Registration Has Been Completed
Vendor's space was filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are two separate vending areas at the 2004 Round-Up; a food and drink and entertainment vending area on the outdoor, gated festival field, and a general indoor vending area for crafts, non-perishable goods and information that featured 16 single spaces (each space is approximately 10' wide by 15 long).

A Certificate of Insurance was required for food booths, and required to be provided to the Texas Twin Round-Up upon request. A Temporary Food Permit Application from the City of Stafford for the Round-Up will also be required to be completed and returned along with payment of approximately $25 (this fee may be lowered or raised depending upon the number of food vendors at the Round-Up).

The deadline for vending registration was Saturday, October 8, 2004. All outdoor vending did not include covered shading. There was no available electrical power available for the food/drink area. Vendors were required to supply their own cords and adaptors to reach available power which is 110 volts/20 amps (standard). We highly recommend bringing portable generators to supply your own booth power.

All drawings had to be given away during the Texas Twin Round-Up hours and must be approved by the Round-Up office. A list of all winners must be turned in to the Texas Twin Round-Up office following the event.

All sales and promotions had to be conducted inside the exhibitor's booth space, not in the aisles or on the festival grounds. The Texas Twin Round-Up organizing committee reserves the right to prohibit sales or distribution of any and all printed items which may be considered objectionable to the festival committee.

Twinstuff Outreach and the Texas Twin Round-Up organizing committee assumes no responsibilities for Workmen's Compensation, FICA or withholding taxes for any and all employees or agents that work in the booths and shall not be responsible for sales tax.

Booth space lessee agrees to hold the Texas Twin Round-Up organizing committee, Twinstuff Outreach, Twinstuff.com, and its agents harmless from any and all liability whatsoever.
