A God Send! My girls are now 10 months old and I don't know what I would have done without these pillows. I am 5 ft 8 in and when they came home, I used the inflateable pillow more often than the foam pillow just because they were smaller & it held them in position better. Once we were more settled in I just liked the inflateable better for ease of cleaning & I was able to hold my posture better. Both pillows are incredibly well designed - although I could not use the belt as I had hoped post partum - the designers didn't think all the way through the potential 'diameter' of an average multiples mom post-partum.
