Products Shipped Directly from Twinstuff
As of January 14, 2006, the products we ship directly from Twinstuff-affiliated fulfillment centers are our clothing and accessories lines for twins and their families, breastfeeding pillows, carriers and other nursing items, birth announcements, embroidered items, birthday, baby shower, baptistm, poems, and other invitations and thank you cards, greeting cards, and scrapbooking items. Ordering any of these products will allow you several options which are highlighted below. All of these items will be shipped from either Houston, Texas, New Jersey or Southern California and will show up as either Twinstuff Outreach, Twin Spin Design, Just Multiples, Scrappintwins, Larry Howland Publishing, or Two Moms on your credit card receipt.
As of January 14, 2006, we can ship products via USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail or in some cases, Parcel Post. All birth announcements and foam nursing pillows are only shipped via UPS Ground. When you purchase a product that we ship from our warehouse, your shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your mailing address and shipping method you select. We offer free shipping on many of our double strollers (see individual product pages for details). Please note that you must select UPS shipping options when placing any orders for any personalized announcements or invitations.
Additional shipping fees will be applied automatically to orders being sent to Canada or other international destinations. While we can ship certain products internationally, these orders may require an additional shipping charge beyond the amount originally quoted from our shopping cart system. We will contact all international orders prior to processing the transaction with information on additional shipping costs, if any. We can not ship strollers outside the continental United States.
As of January 14, 2006, we are only required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within our home state of Texas as well as our shipping facilities in California for scrapbooking items. All items that we mail out directly to Texas are charged 8.25% sales tax.
As of January 14, 2006, we accept three methods of online payment, paying by MasterCard, Discover, Visa or American Express credit cards, paying by check or money order, or payment by PayPal. To order by any of these methods, follow the online directions within our shopping cart page.
Please note that orders placed with either a check or money order will not be processed until we receive your payment by mail. Regardless of which payment and shipping option you select you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Credit Card and PayPal orders are processed immediately and orders are processed within the next business day after their receipt. When making an order through PayPal, you will see a screen that says payment is being sent to: Twin Spin Design and you will need to submit a valid email address and PayPal password. You can register for a free PayPal account by clicking the logo below. You will either need to register with a valid credit card and list a checking account with your PayPal account.

If an order from a category listed above that we ship from Twinstuff is received in poor condition or if you are not satisfied with the items, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping costs) upon return receipt of the damaged merchandise as long as the return is made within 15 days of original purchase. Items must be returned in new condition.
Items that are visually worn or used will be refunded on a prorated basis. Please contact us directly for more details. Please contact us via a method listed at the top of this page for return instructions. Please note that double and triple strollers are not included in this return policy and will be covered by a manufacturer warranty for replacement parts only unless otherwise noted on the individual stroller product page. The standard return policy for double or triple strollers is that models can be returned within 30 days if dissatisfied with the product subject to a 20% restocking fee. Again, the Twinstuff return policy does vary on a model-by-model basis and is superceded by any different return information which may be included on the individual product page.
Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Twinstuff Relationship with Outside Store Affiliates
Some of the products we offer online at Twinstuff.Com or Twinstore.Com are offered through affiliate programs with respected, outside vendors such as amazon.com, babycenter.com, cafepress.com, joggingstroller.com, toysrus.com or others. Any product purchased on an outside web site using this method will have its own shipping, taxing and return policies which are stated on those web sites.
If you have a problem with an order on an outside web site that you first entered through a link on Twinstuff, we cannont be responsible for that order but will assist you in every manner possible in putting you in touch with the proper individual to try to resolve your outstanding issue.
