These two very friendly twin witches are Sandy and Suzy Todd from Steubenville, Ohio, attending their 15th straight Twins Days Festival. In addition to great costumes (which you can't fully see here, but trust us, they were elaborate), they earn special recognition for wearing the outfits on a very sunny, warm summer afternoon (it only made it to 78 degrees but probably felt like 120 in these outfits).
