J. Mason Products warrants the replacement or repair of the original components of products due to defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser only, and under ordinary usage. This warranty is further limited to replacing the defective part without charge. The company shall not be responsible for any damages resulting from use in any activities outside the realm of normal use.

This warranty will remain in effect for five (5) years on the frame and for ninety (90) days on parts (excluding wearable parts), from the date of purchase as shown on the original bill of sale. There will be a 10% restocking fee on any returns with this stroller.
