    Tell me how not to gain weight during the quarantine period? I can't go to the gym. I'm at home all the time. And I've already recovered. It's summer. I don't want cellulite on my body. What should I do?

    I do exercises and run in the park. But my weight doesn't want to leave me.

    YouTube has a lot of different videos of training for different muscle groups.
    You can use youtube converter and download this. So you can form the training that will be needed for your body. Optimal if the training lasts 45-60 minutes and includes cardio loads and strength loads
