    It is not so simple question. If you have insomnia I think better will be to visit your doctor, maybe you have some problems with your health. If it is some short term problem I can recommend to try 2400mg cbd oil, it will help you to relax and reduce stress. When I take CBD I sleep very well, so you should try this too!

    There are some ways that I know to sleep better. Among them are: meditation, different sports activities, maybe pills and others. But as for me, I prefer to use special medicine cbd oil. If you are interested, you can read about it on the internet. Besides, there is a difference between hemp oil vs cbd. Check it.

    I know that sleep problems are what affect our health and mood. If I do not get a good 7 hour sleep for at least a few days, I become irritable, get tired quickly and find it difficult to concentrate on something. Therefore, my doctor advised me to use CBD as a natural sedative. It really helped me relax and fall asleep faster. I woke up more vigorous and motivated. Maybe CBD can help you too?
